Sam Brown Tour News

With enormous regret Sam was forced to cancel the rest of this autumn's tour after increasing vocal difficulties which led to the discovery of a cyst on one of her vocal chords.

She had an operation in October and wasn't allowed to speak for a week. Sam was extremely disappointed that the tour was cancelled and is determined to make a full recovery and regain her voice soon. She is really touched by your kind messages of support.

Sam Brown In Kensington Spring 2004

Sam appeared at the Royal Albert Hall several times in spring 2004 for various star-studded charity events. They were all amazing shows with wonderful collections of musicians and singers: Sam felt so lucky and proud to be involved with them. Hopefully they will be released on DVD and we'll be able to share her experiences.

Thursday 1st April: Teenage Cancer Trust:
Jools Holland's extended charity special featuring David Gilmour, Mica Paris, Marc Almond, Solomon Burke, Ronnie Wood, Suggs, Paul Weller and many more.

Thursday 8th April: One for the Road:
Ronnie Lane memorial concert featuring Pete Townshend, Paul Weller, Ronnie Wood, Joe Brown, PP Arnold and loads more.

Sam Brown Goes To Hell With Jon Lord

Sam was invited to the Hell Blues Festival near Trondheim in central Norway on Sunday 14th September 2003 where she was one of Jon Lord's guest stars for a special orchestral show in Nidaros Cathedral. Here's a glowing write-up of the show and Sam's perfomance.
